Neglecting the '...' one could possibly interpret the signature as 'Ruth'], with='1815' Richard Bandy3 
Note   and some /796/ suggest she is the Jane Cummins who was b in Dublin, IRL.4 
Note   [Thus, this Jane and her husband, Richard, could have been the 'Richard/Jane' of the family tradition. This Richard could have been born in Liverpool (as the tradition says) and come to VA with his parents, but because of this Richard's 1815 death Source Ref:791. it is highly improbable that he and Jane were old enough to marry in 1740 (as the tradition continues)]3
